Take your time and make sure you are happy with your new cellphone. We allow you
a 14 day trial period (from receipt), during which time, if you are not a 100%
satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us (at your own risk). If we
receive the unit in its original packaging, we will refund your money. You will
be liable for any line rental or call charges incurred and any damage to the
cellphone and accessories.
Please phone us on 0861 123 123 to find out how you go about returning your
cellphone. The cellphone remains at your own risk until it is received by
Vodacom Direct. For your security we recommend that if you have connected your
cellphone and then decide to return it to us, you call Customer Care on 082 111
and have the cellphone barred while it is in transit.
In the event you do not connect your cellphone and fail to return it to us
within 14 (fourteen) days, we will charge an additional amount to your
nominated banking account which represents the actual value of the cellphone.
